We are a 501(c)(3) non profit organization helping children step into their purpose and achieve academic success through innovative after-school and Out-of-School
Time (OST) youth enrichment programs. We help students achieve academic success through our after-school youth mentoring program, Project Transformation, helping teens transform into self-efficient, educated, employable, and productive
adults in society, leaving no child behind. We are a voice for equity in education and social justice. Project Transformation goals include:
• Passing grades for core subjects for all students in the program (English, Math, Science).
• All students in Project Transformation to graduate from high school and receive their high school diploma.
• All students who are failing, to improve their grades through academic tutoring.
• Goal for each student to have a 3.0 GPA.
• Students to develop skills to succeed in school and life by practicing the “growth mindset” versus a “fixed mindset.”
• Assist students in learning how to construct their life’s blueprint through a step-by-step process of creating, planning, and executing the life they were destined to live.
• Get students career and college ready with our Career Navigation Lab (S.M.A.R.T. Goals, visualize your future, career prep, preparing for college, passion career).
• Fuel entrepreneurship by teaching students that they have gifts and talents to create and innovate through our Entrepreneur Lab (business plan, steps to start a business, marketing research, concept development, IP).
• Teach Financial Literacy and economic sustainability, educating them about using and understanding credit cards, interest rates, credit scores, banking, budgeting, and investments.
