BCVS is a student-led organization that plans extracurricular service opportunities in the Rome and Floyd County community as well as here at Berry. We host educational and service events that focus on community needs to raise social awareness and to encourage a spirit of service throughout the Berry campus.

MLK Day was a day well spent considering we had around 160 volunteers serve both new and old community partners!! This service day is one that hit close to home as we learned more about the history of several of the sites and partners that we worked with😌

Please join us as we partner with Restoration Rome for a sock drive from Nov. 28th to Dec. 9th!! Any socks you donate will be given to foster children and families to help keep them warm during the winter season.

Congratulations to the Men’s Soccer team, the Pokémon Trainer’s friend group, and the East Poland Year of Service Cottage!! These three groups received the most votes for best trunk at our Trunk or Treat event. Thank you again to all the groups who took time out of their Saturday to serve the community!!

We were blown away by how many people volunteered and attended our Trunk or Treat event!! Thank you to the Berry students for spreading the Halloween spirit and to the parents who brought their children to spend some time with us☺️ Stay tuned to find out which top three trunks received the most votes😉
