We’re taking our veterans to British Columbia for world-class heliskiing. 🇨🇦🚁

We recently shared that NPLB was adding skiing/snowboarding to our program lineup… but it just got a whole lot better.

We are beyond excited to officially announce our partnership with Snowwater Heliskiing, one of the most incredible heliski operations in the world. ⛷️

The mountains have a way of reminding you what’s still possible. For our disabled veterans, this will be an unforgettable adventure filled with camaraderie, adrenaline, and moments that can truly change lives.

This experience is about so much more than skiing.

It’s challenge. Healing. Brotherhood. Confidence. Freedom.

We already have our first three veterans sponsored for this coming season, and we would love to bring even more along for this incredible experience.

And here’s where you come in…

Sponsor a disabled veteran to experience Snowwater.

Here’s how it works:

❄️ Sponsors can fully fund a veteran’s trip through NPLB and receive a charitable tax receipt.
❄️ Sponsorship donations are paid directly to NPLB through our donation page.
❄️ Snowwater proudly covers the veteran’s incidental expenses during their stay at the lodge.
❄️ Sponsors may choose to ski or ride alongside the veteran as part of the experience or simply sponsor the trip.

Archery isn’t just a sport here.. it’s therapy, freedom, confidence, and reconnection with who you still are. 💪🏽🏹

We love seeing our veterans proving that a wheelchair doesn’t stop the draw, the focus, or the shot.

At NPLB Outdoors, we don’t see wounds.
We see warriors who still have fight left in them.

Huge congrats to Marcus Ashcraft on taking his first turkey this week, and what a beautiful bird it was! 👏🏼 Moments like these are exactly why we do this. There’s nothing better than watching a veteran experience the thrill of a first successful hunt in the woods. 🙌🏼

Underwater prosthetic research in action. 🥽

During our annual event in Key West, our team partners with clinician-researchers to evaluate prosthetic performance in an underwater SCUBA environment. Together, we assess movement, mobility, and prosthetic function beneath the surface while contributing valuable kinematic and performance data.

This kind of field-based testing helps push prosthetic innovation beyond the lab, improving comfort, adaptability, and long-term quality of life for veterans.

Moments like this redefine what “possible” looks like. We’re honored to play a small part in advancing innovation that helps veterans reclaim confidence, capability, and freedom.

As always, this year's Wounded Veterans Fishing Challenge with Sarasota Yacht Club was a great success! Nothing beats getting our wounded warriors back on the water, reconnecting with the outdoors, and reminding them they’re not forgotten.

Huge thanks to the Sarasota Yacht Club and all the volunteers who helped make it happen.

The Sarasota Yacht Club hosted the 6th annual Wounded Veterans Challenge. They partner with the group No Person Left Behind Outdoors to take wounded veterans and their spouses out for a day on the water. Amanda Holly explains in this week's Reel Talk.

81 years ago today, on May 8 1945, the guns finally fell silent across Europe.

N**i Germany surrendered unconditionally, bringing an end to nearly six years of the most devastating war the continent had ever seen.

Today we pause to remember the millions who never made it home, and those who returned forever changed. We honour the courage, sacrifice, and unbreakable resilience of the Greatest Generation. The soldiers, sailors, airmen, and civilians who fought for freedom and defeated tyranny.

Their victory secured the peace we enjoy today. We must never forget what it cost.
