Appalachian Grapplers works with wrestlers to maintain mat conditioning, build control beyond the pin, learn submissions and escapes, and stay competitive year-round.

Join us for classes:
Ages 8-13 Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm-7pm
Ages 14+ Tuesdays and Thursdays (NoGi only) 7pm - 8:30pm

Open Mat (14+):
Saturdays 10am - 11:30am

Free first class
$50 membership for 14+ (monthly or 6 flexible sessions)
