Saturday Fun!
The eleventh annual Harvestfest Corn Hole Tournament returns to Mount Airy from 11 AM to 4 PM on Saturday, September 29, 2018. Warm ups begin shortly after 10 AM, registration starts at 11 AM and the competition will begin at approximately 12:00 AM, in the RailYard at 3 North Main Street, Mount Airy. Total prize money is $350, so start practicing, and plan to join in the fun! Neighborhood or family teams are encouraged!
The Beer Tent will open at 10 AM, serving beer and wine. Local restaurants and food truck will be serving food and drinks. Music provided by local and regional musicians.
Pre-registration is encouraged but not required; the fee is $20 per team if pre-registered, $30 per team at the event. The fee will be collected at the event. We are limited to 30 teams.
The entire family is welcome; entrance to the event is free, so plan to come and watch, listen to great music, and have lunch and a libation, if that is your pleasure.
This event is part of our Oktoberfest and expect a large crowd. Off-site parking is available at the Mount Airy Volunteer Fire Company carnival grounds parking lot (intersection of Rt 27 and Twin Arch Road) with shuttle service to the Oktoberfest/Co****le tournament.
