What a day! 🤍

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first-ever Community Day at Interworks! We loved opening our doors, connecting with our community, and sharing what makes Interworks special.

A special thank you to Lesa Hensley with the Surry Community College Small Business Center and Ashly Lancaster with the Greater Mount Airy Chamber for sharing your time and knowledge with us!

And a big thank you to State of Graze, LLC for providing the beautiful & delicious charcuterie board. It was the perfect addition to our day!

✨ MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: NICOLE NEWMAN ✨

Meet Nicole Newman, Realtor with Coldwell Banker Advantage and a valued member of the Interworks community! 🏡

After 27 years as an elementary school teacher, Nicole Hicks Newman brought her passion for helping others into a new career in real estate. Today, she’s helping families throughout Mount Airy and surrounding communities navigate buying, selling, and finding the right place to call home. ❤️

In her first full year as a Realtor, Nicole earned the International Sterling Society Award, placing her among the top 11% of Coldwell Banker sales associates, along with the CBA Way Award for community service. Talk about an incredible start! 👏

But what we love most about Nicole is her heart for people, relationships, and community. Since joining Interworks, she’s grown her network, built meaningful friendships, and found new opportunities to connect with local professionals and clients.

Her advice to aspiring business owners says it all: “Lead with integrity, build genuine relationships, keep learning, and always focus on serving others.”

We’re so proud to have Nicole as part of the Interworks family and can’t wait to see all she continues to accomplish in Mount Airy and beyond!
