Surry-Yadkin Residential Services, Inc. Surry-Yadkin Residential Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We offer group homes in the Mount Airy, NC area as well as a day program/gift shop.
