WHAT A WEEKEND!!! Scoutsgiving 2025 is in the books. 25 scouts, 9 adults, and several visitors came to Henson Scout Reservation to celebrate another great year of Scouting for Troop 1910. The Scouts always look forward to this one because its the only trip that the adults cook. And, cook they did. Two hams, two turkeys, a multitude of sides and desserts. Everyone became fat and happy. It was a fun time for all!!!

Troop 1910 would like to congratulate six of our Scouts and two of our leaders on their growth in Nentego Lodge, Order of the Arrow. Three Scouts and one Leader completed their Ordeal and three Scouts and one Leader sealed their membership in Brotherhood, and one Scout and two Leaders went to serve their Troop, Chapter, and Lodge. Great weekend for Cheerful Service!

The Troop completed some community service for the Cheswold Volunteer Fire Company Ladies auxiliary and had a great time doing it. The patrons were very appreciative and complemented everyone. Great Job, Scouts!

Posting at midnight is always fun. The Troop made it down fine and had a jam-packed first day of camp. We had a little rain, a little heat, and a whole lot of walking. But, the Scouts are all snoozing and getting ready for the programs to start up tomorrow. You just cant beat scenery like this.

And it begins. First night fun at Natural Bridge State Park. Set camp for the night and then the start of summer camp at Raven K**b Scout Reservation tomorrow!
