EquiFest 2021 was a big success yesterday! Huge thanks to our gracious hosts Elizabeth & James at Coexist Stables and the super rescues - Lifeline, Gentle Giants, Days End, Last Chance Animal Rescue, Thoroughbred Placement Resources, and Foxlea Farms. WJZ's Sean Streicher's story on EquiFest today! Thank you to James & Elizabeth for hosting a great day & all the rescues & competitors.

With this weekend being the Preakness, horses were centerstage here in Baltimore. Even after the horses are done with their racing career, they still have a lot of life left in them.

NEW: Spectators Welcome! EquiFest is offering advance tickets for spectators. We still need to manage the number of people who are on the farm at one time. If you want to be guaranteed a spot to join the fun, please grab your ticket(s). We are asking that everyone purchase a ticket in advance (for a small donation to cover our processing costs) so we can have an idea how many spectators are coming – and manage social distancing.

EquiFest has committed to following USEF guidelines for COVID biosecurity at EquiFest 2021. We are delighted to be able to welcome ticketed spectators at EquiFest!
Please read the guidelines in the following link carefully. Spectator tickets are now available for a small donation at:

NOTE: Participants (riders, handlers, transporters), Volunteers, Officials and Organizers are not included in the ticket count and are not required to purchase tickets.

US Equestrian is pleased to announce that beginning May 3, 2021, licensees of USEF competitions are permitted to welcome a limited number of spectators back to their competitions.

Did you know that May 16 is National Rescue Horse Day? Help us celebrate Maryland horses blessed with a second chance at Maryland's Horse Rescues, and join us at EquiFest 2021 on May 16 at our host venue Coexist Stables in Mount Airy, MD. See horses from a variety of rescues, from mighty draft horses to miniature horses - all available for adoption - show off in both fun classes and demonstrations, and more traditional show classes.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be posting photos, videos and profiles of the EquiFest horses on the EquiFest Gallery of Adoptable Horses (link coming soon!). You'll have an opportunity to make an appointment to meet your favorite horse and its trainer in person at EquiFest. Can't attend in person? The event will be videotaped and available on YouTube and other selected channels.
