Today, we recognize both Columbus Day and Indigenous Peoples’ Day—a time to reflect on the history, people, and experiences that have shaped our nation.

We can acknowledge Christopher Columbus and his place in history while also honoring the Indigenous peoples who lived on these lands long before European arrival and recognizing the lasting impact of that history.

May today be an opportunity to learn, remember, and appreciate the many stories that make up our shared history. 🇺🇸

Be intentional about making time to listen... setting boundaries... showing love, even on the hard days... teaching your children what matters most.

The little moments—family meals, bedtime conversations, hugs, laughter, and even the tough talks—are shaping your child’s heart and helping build a relationship that can last a lifetime.
