Hello all. Just wanted to spread the word. On the 4th of July, from 11:00 to 2:00, we will be serving free hotdogs and chili dogs. Spread the word and stop by and see us.

Not a lot of chances to take pictures today. Among the activities today we attended the Memorial Day services at Cobb Cemetery, the wreath laying ceremony at the war memorial on the square, and the Taps at Sunset event on the square. Two of our members had the honor placing poppies for their respective wars. Mike Johnson USMC and Don Sulewski Army.

Big news!!! We have updated our phones. The new number is posted in the about info but here it is. 229-437-8543. Working on getting the voice mail set up, but this is a cell phone so feel free to leave a text if you like. Calls and texts will be answered as soon as they are seen. Just a reminder, we will be having our annual Pancake Supper Thursday night starting at 5pm. You don’t have to be a member to attend. Come out and have a bit to eat and meet your local VFW members. We hope to see you all there.
