If your home was damaged by the 2023 or 2024 tornadoes and straight-line winds, there's help available NOW.
The Mississippi Housing Recovery Program is offering:
💰 Up to $175,000 for home repairs or reconstruction
🏡 Replacement of destroyed mobile homes with permanent stick-built homes
♿ Accessibility modifications for seniors and those with disabilities
COMMUNITY MEETING THIS THURSDAY:

📍 Pelican Landing, 6217 MS 613, Moss Point
Program opens December 8th! This is grant funding that doesn't need to be repaid.
You may qualify if:
✅ Your home has unrepaired tornado/wind damage from March 2023, June 2023, or April 2024
✅ You're in the 39563 zip code area
✅ You owned and lived there at the time of the disaster
✅ Your household income is at or below 80% of HUD Area Median Income
