PASTOR HIGHLIGHT: Eric has been on staff at CrossRoads for 20 years. While he wears many hats, his passion is pouring into generations to come and those leading those generations. He and his wife, Holly, love the word of God and worship and look for opportunities to get students engaged in both.

In his time at CrossRoads he has developed a truly student led, student fed ministry engaging them in day in, day out disciple making. Eric is a Marine Corps veteran and also spends a lot of time coaching high school and youth sports using it as a vehicle for lifelong impact.

A kind word can save a life; an unkind rumor can ruin one. Which do you want to be responsible for today?

PASTOR HIGHLIGHT: Pastor Terry has been on staff with CrossRoads since the church began in 1995. In the early days, Terry was the youth guy but in the summer of 1999, he stepped up to the plate as the Lead Pastor.

Terry’s passion is to reach out to people who are far from God and then help them grow into all that God created them to be. His passion is reflected in the many ways CrossRoads goes against the grain of traditional church mindsets to meet people where they are and introduce them to God’s design for their lives.
