🚨 OFFICIAL UPDATE: THE WAIT IS OVER FOR SAMMY! 🏡🎉❤️
We have the most beautiful, heartwarming news, and we are thrilled to share it with you!

If you’ve been following Sammy’s journey, you know he completed a wonderful trial with a potential new family, and then went to stay with the amazing, kind-hearted woman who originally saved him while his new family went on a pre-planned trip.

Well, that trip is wrapping up, and this week Sammy is officially going back to his new family FOREVER! They fell completely in love during his trial and made it official: This is Sammy’s home!

But here is the absolute best part that completely melted our hearts: Sammy has officially chosen his person. He has bonded deeply with the family's little girl, and she has completely given him back his spark in life. He loves her so much that he was even included as part of her dance routine! 🩰💃🐕
Seeing this gentle giant find his true soulmate in a little girl is exactly why we do what we do at Boo's Crew. From a passive soul looking for safety to a beloved family member dancing in the living room—Sammy is finally right where he belongs!

Thank you to everyone who shared his story, to his incredible original savior for spoiling him during this transition, and to his wonderful new family for giving him the happily ever after he deserves.❤️🏡

🚨 COURTESY POST: HOME-TO-HOME PLACEMENT FOR GOOSE! 🚨

Boo’s Crew GSD Rescue is currently full, but we want to help this handsome boy find his perfect family! Goose will remain safely with his current owner while we help network him to find his new forever home. 🏡🐾

At just over one year old, Goose is a gorgeous German Shepherd mix! He is stuck right in the middle of that classic, goofy puppy stage—a little bit chill, a whole lot of friendly, and absolutely overflowing with love to give! ❤️ Goose is already neutered, and his family will ensure he is fully up-to-date on shots before he transitions to his new home. 🩺

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 THE ULTIMATE FAMILY DOG:
* Kids: He lives with an 8-year-old and a 3-year-old, and he is EXCELLENT with them! 👶
* Cats: He lives harmoniously with two cats, making him a rare, feline-friendly boy! 🐱
✨ THE GOOD STUFF:
* Total Lovebug: Goose is super friendly and completely devoted to his people.
* Sweet Energy: He has a wonderful, relaxed puppy energy mixed with a strong craving for connection.
🐾 WHAT GOOSE'S IDEAL HOME LOOKS LIKE:
* Time & Attention: Goose’s family loves him dearly, but a change in schedules means he isn't getting the time and attention he craves. He needs an active household where he won't be left alone for long stretches.
* Basic Manners: Like any big puppy, he jumps up out of pure excitement when he greets you. He just needs a patient owner ready to guide him with some positive reinforcement and structure!
Goose has so much love to give—he just needs a family who is home enough to receive it.

Meet Sky, our newest rescue crew member! 🐾🤍
We just picked up a beautiful 4-year-old white German Shepherd named Sky for the rescue! Because my personal pack is currently full, Sky is going to be fostered by an amazing volunteer. Don't worry, though—she will have my full support and the helping paws of Boo’s Crew (led by my own GSD)!
This sweet girl has had a really tough start. Sky spent the entire first year of her life locked in a crate. From there, she went to a farm, but unfortunately, the other dogs there have been picking on her recently. Because of this, she is undersocialized and a little scared of the big wide world right now. She doesn’t have any manners yet, but she is incredibly smart and already learning!
Her first official stop was the groomers for the very first bath of her life, and she did absolutely amazing! 🧼🚿
A massive, heartfelt thank you to Zelda's Pet Grooming! She always steps up and grooms our rescue dogs for absolutely free. We are so incredibly grateful for her generosity and support in helping Sky start her fresh, clean new chapter! 🧴❤️
⚠️ Please note: Sky is NOT up for adoption yet. She needs time to decompress, realize she is completely safe, and build up her confidence first.

UPDATE REGARDING GRETA 🐾

Greta is no longer available

We want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone in the Palouse community and across the PNW who stepped up, offered to help, and shared Greta’s story so widely over the last 24 hours. Your overwhelming support and compassion have been truly incredible.

The situation regarding Greta has changed, and she is no longer available for foster, adoption, or rescue pull. Her owners have decided to handle her situation privately, and we are no longer able to intervene or coordinate her placement.
While this is not the outcome we all fiercely hoped and worked for, we want to thank each and every one of you for your willingness to open your hearts and homes to a dog in need. Please know that your shares, messages, and offers of support matter deeply to our rescue community.

URGENT: LIFE-OR-DEATH APPEAL — CODE RED 🚨
We need an absolute miracle in the Palouse, WA area for Greta, a beautiful 5-year-old German Shepherd who is scheduled for euthanasia this coming Friday.
Our rescue is completely full, and we physically cannot pull her. However, the incredible team at Boo’s Crew has stepped up to help remove all financial barriers—there is NO ADOPTION FEE, and they will fully cover the cost of Greta's spay and vaccinations for whoever can give her a home!
Greta has spent her entire life living in an outdoor kennel on a farm. Despite her isolated past, she has an absolutely beautiful heart. In fact, her absolute favorite person right now is a 9-year-old child. She is wonderful with kids, but because of her farm background and lack of socialization, she has strict home requirements:

• 🐱 NO CATS / SMALL ANIMALS: She has a very high prey drive and will kill cats or small prey.
• 🐶 ONLY PET: Greta has never been around other dogs in her entire life. She needs to be the only pet in the home so she can transition safely.

Greta is in the prime of her life. She deserves to finally experience what it feels like to be a cherished family dog inside a real home. She is entirely out of time, and Friday will be too late.

• The Location: Palouse, Washington (and surrounding PNW areas)
• The Need: Immediate foster, adopter, or rescue pull.
• The Perks: NO ADOPTION FEE + fully sponsored medical care (spay/vaccinations) by Boo’s Crew.
• The Home: Great with kids, strictly NO OTHER PETS (no dogs, cats, or small animals).

🐾 Finding Lily’s "For-Life" Person (Experienced Handler Needed) 🐾

I want to tell you a quick story about how amazing Lily is. My oldest girl, Kaos, has a bit of dementia and confusion. Every single day out on the field, I hook Kaos up to Lily's harness. Lily safely and gently walks her elderly sister right off the field to keep her safe, all while perfectly following me. Her intuition and care are unmatched.

For the last year, I have poured my heart, soul, and resources into rehabilitating Lily. She is a 4-year-old spayed female German Shepherd who was dumped, abandoned, and left to die. Today, she is a beautiful, loyal dog—and I am waiving her adoption fee because finding her the perfect, awesome forever home is the only thing that matters to me.

Lily is an incredibly smart girl who listens very well. Her training is solid, but she is a true GSD—she will test boundaries and absolutely requires an experienced handler who can maintain her structure.

What you need to know about Lily:
* ❤️ Fiercely Loyal & Intuitive: She watches over her pack (like her sweet guidance with Kaos). She doesn't care to meet new people right away and can be stiff at first, but once she trusts you, her loyalty is absolute.
* 🧠 Amazing Emotional Growth: She has officially learned how to choose calm entirely on her own now, without needing constant direction or help to settle down.
* 🦮 Incredible Leash & Off-Leash Skills: She is great on a leash and auto-sits when you stop. Off-leash, her recall is phenomenal. She knows "place," "sit," "down," and has great impulse control.
* 🐕 Dog Friendly: She loves her inner circle (like Da Boo and Harlow!) and is fine seeing other dogs off-leash.
* 🐱🧒 Kids & Cats: She hasn't lived around kids (though she is perfectly fine passing them off-leash) and lived around cats in the past.
I have put so much into making sure Lily succeeded after her terrible start to life. Now, she just needs that one special, experienced person to take the leash for the long haul.

🐾 Rex is an incredibly smart, eager-to-learn puppy who absolutely loves people and has so much potential waiting to be unlocked! He is a purebred German Shepherd from Czech working lines, and his intelligence, drive, and energy definitely reflect his working-dog background.

Since Boo’s Crew can’t take him in ourselves, I wanted to help get the word out and share this amazing boy who is currently staying with the team at Tail Waggin' Adventures.

Girl Drama! Just a little moment in the morning of daily life of Boo’s Crew! Kaos took Harlow’s ball, so Harlow tried to pull the bed out from under Kaos, who meanwhile squeaked the ball at her the whole time! Such drama❤️
