🚨 HJR4 will be on the November 2026 ballot 🚨
❓ What IS HJR4?
HJR4 is a proposed amendment to Idaho’s Constitution that would change the rules for certain citizen-led ballot initiatives and referendums - specifically for legalization of Cannabis and other potentially therapeutic drugs.
Right now, Idahoans have the constitutional right to organize and place issues on the ballot — a core part of our state’s history and direct democracy.
HJR4 would make that process drastically harder, shifting more control away from the people and toward politicians. This isn’t about policy - its about POWER.
---
⚠️ Why are so many Idahoans concerned?
Because HJR4 would:
🔻 Weaken Idaho’s initiative rights
🔻 Limit the people’s power to bring certain issues to the ballot
🔻 Make it harder for communities across the state to be heard
🔻 Allow politicians to tighten control over which issues voters get to decide
This isn’t about one issue — it’s about who gets to decide Idaho’s future. Once we give our rights away about this issue - what is stopping them from stripping our rights over other important issues in the future? Absolutely nothing.
Idaho was built on citizen participation — not government gatekeeping.

🌟 What We Do Now:
💥 Keep educating, organizing, and making sure Idaho understands exactly what HJR4 means long before November arrives.
Because informed voters protect their rights — and Idaho works best when the people stay involved. 🇺🇸
