Special Olympics Idaho-Moscow Rebel Tigers

Special Olympics Idaho-Moscow Rebel Tigers Funding comes from the generous donations of individuals, businesses and corporations, as well as from private grants and foundations.

This page is for Moscow Rebel Tigers Special Olympians, Coaches, Volunteers, and all the families and friends who celebrate with them as they practice and compete to the best of their abilities. Special Olympics Idaho is a non-profit organization that provides training and athletic competition in 15 Olympic-type sports, year-round and free of charge to over 2,500 children and adults with intellectual disabilities throughout the state of Idaho. Special Olympics programs, with over 9,000 volunteers, offer athletes continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skill, and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community. Through public awareness and volunteer recruitment, we hope to reach and serve potential athletes who are waiting for their opportunity to participate.

What a beautiful day for golf. This past Friday Moscow Elks 249 hosted our Regional Golf Competition. Thank you Special Olympics Idaho for bringing golf back to our sports choices.

Athletes and their Unified partners competed in a skills competition and then played 9 holes. So grateful for our generous and amazing volunteers! A huge shout out to the athletes - especially those new to this sport, our coaches and all of the unified partners. Inclusion is terrific!!

We had a royally grand time at competitions this weekend! Congrats athletes! More photos dropping soon.
