ATTENTION EXHIBITORS!!! IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
Due to the severe storm that tore through Salina, Kansas on Monday, bringing wind gusts of up to 113 mph, much of the community remains without power. While utility crews are working tirelessly to restore service, the loss of power has left the Livestock and Expo Center barns without electricity.
Although there is hope that power may be restored by Friday, the combination of high temperatures and the lack of lights and power in the barns would create difficult conditions for both exhibitors and their animals.
After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Heartland ASPC/AMHR Classic Show scheduled for Friday, June 12, 2026.
We are pleased to announce that the Heartland ASPC/AMHR Classic Show has been rescheduled for July 10, 2026. Additional details regarding the rescheduled show will be shared as they become available.
At this time, our plan is still to move forward with the Area VI SP&MHBA Club Show beginning Saturday, June 13, 2026, provided conditions allow.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support as we work through this unexpected situation. We are especially grateful to the crews working around the clock to restore power and services throughout the Salina community.
