HOM currently provides daytime programing for our young adults. Led by veteran educator, Bette Nelson, our "peeps" spend time engaged in lifeskill exercis

es, job training, art, excursions, and volunteering in the community. We hope to grow to a second day soon! In addition, we have purchased an embroidery machine which will provide meaningful employment for many of our adults. We are currently taking orders on a wide variety of sportswear, hats, and other items. We intend to grow this micro business slowly and steadily as we involve each individual to their best of their abilities as part of the team. Our long term goals include expanding housing opportunities for our young adults to live independent, meaningful and full lives with appropriate supports.
