Miamiville Bridge will be CLOSED for an inspection from Monday, July 27th through Thursday, July 30th from 7am-5pm each day. Read more below.

🚨 Heads Up, Trail Friends! 🚲🥾

We’re giving our trusty Miamiville Bridge a quick check-up! 🩺✨

This is located in Miamiville - for folks who like landmarks, near the Miamiville Trail Yard and Village Grocery on SR126 heading south towards Camp Dennison. For folks who like mile markers: this is near MM 48.

To ensure everything is safe and sound, the bridge will be CLOSED for an inspection from Monday, August 3rd to Wednesday August 5th from 7am-5pm each day. The bridge will be passable after 5pm.

🚧 Detour Details: The only detour is via Route 126. Because of heavy traffic, we strongly advise against using Route 126 for recreational biking or walking. We recommend planning your adventures on other sections of our beautiful trail during these four days instead!

Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding while we keep the park safe for everyone. Happy trailing! 🌳❤️

Last call before July 4th! There’s still time to support the Buckeye Trail Association and receive this year’s commemorative partnership patch.

When you make a digital donation of $25 or more by Independence Day, you help keep the Buckeye Trail open, maintained, and moving forward. Your support goes straight to the work that keeps this trail on the ground across Ohio, from volunteer trail crews and chapter projects to maintenance, improvements, and access for future hikers. This trail exists because people care enough to show up for it. If the Buckeye Trail has meant something to you, we hope you’ll consider making a gift before July 4th. Help keep Ohio’s blue blazes strong!
