Veterans and their family members around the country are beginning to use a new web app, www.vareview.net, to rate their experiences at VA health-care facilities. App features include an interactive map where users can find or locate hospitals, outpatient clinics and other facilities, as well as leave a review of the service they received at these facilities.

App creator Neil Barrett, who spent four years in the Marines, hopes that as the app becomes more popular, it will show VA management where they should or should not focus their energy and resources.
