Our mission is simple: “Kids Helping Kids.” Through sports and mentorship, lives are changed on both sides. Special needs children gain confidence and connection, while teen mentors learn leadership, compassion, and the joy of giving back.

New skills are learned, confidence grows, and smiles are everywhere. It’s what “Kids Helping Kids” is all about!

What an incredible day at Neurodiversity Day! 💙
We are so grateful to Dr. Gomez and Morris School District for organizing such an impactful and important event for our community.
Your commitment to creating inclusive, joyful experiences for all children truly shines.
SNAP was proud to bring 22 amazing teenage mentors who showed up with energy, kindness, and open hearts and ready to play and build friendships.

It’s obvious from the smiles in this video that fun was had by all 😊

SNAP wrapped up our final sessions of 2025 by celebrating the friendships and connections that make our community so special. We had a pizza party, made winter glow bags, played bingo, practiced our snowball throws at the winter wonderland target toss and hung out in the "cozy corner", but the best part was simply spending time together and enjoying the company of friends. ❤️ Wishing you all happy holidays and a happy new year!
