WE are strong, empowered minority women who thrive to educate other women and support them in getting ahead.
As women, to be successful, we must prove ourselves in all aspects of professional and personal life. Let's just be free, be who we are, and empower ourselves, as minority women, to become the leaders that America needs.

"Be the change you want to see in the world"
As a minority girl growing up with immigrant parents, I used to think that a woman's job was to work for your family and support your spouse. As I grew up, this thought shifted. I now believe that in order to support your family, a woman must first support herself through furthering education, challenging stereotypes, and continuing to grow.
