Impact100 Garden State combines member donations to award high-impact grants to local nonprofits.

Impact100 Garden State, an all-women organization, transforms local communities through the power of collective giving. Member donations are combined to create high-impact grants to nonprofits that reach underserved populations, highlight unmet needs in our area, and raise the profile of deserving initiatives in Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, and Union counties, New Jersey.

For Allison, attending an Impact100 Garden State New Member Meet + Greet showed her that making an impact doesn’t mean taking on more, but finding meaningful ways to give alongside other women who share the same passion for philanthropy.

Impact100 Garden State members were hard at work last night at Moms Helping Moms Foundation! 💜

Our volunteers spent the evening sorting donations, repacking diapers, and helping prepare essential items for distribution to nonprofit partners across the community.

Thank you to Impact100 member and Moms Helping Moms Interim Executive Director Judi Meighan for welcoming us and giving our members another meaningful way to get involved.

We also love seeing the connections across our nonprofit network. Moms Helping Moms supports several Impact100 Garden State Grantees and Finalists, making nights like this a wonderful reminder that our impact extends far beyond grantmaking.

Impact100 Garden State members and friends came together at The Amp in Dover for a heartwarming Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration, hosted by our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Members of Hispanic heritage shared beautiful displays, traditional foods, stories, photos, and personal moments that offered a meaningful look into the cultures represented within our membership.

We also collected personal care and household items for women served by 2026 Merit Award recipient Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs.

The night ended with a salsa and bachata lesson led by one of our own members — a joyful way to let loose, try something new, and have fun together.

Thank you to everyone who shared, donated, danced, and helped make the evening so meaningful.

What a meaningful evening at For Women, By Women: A Healthcare Forum. 💜

We were grateful to bring women together for an engaging conversation about health and well-being, featuring expert perspectives, thoughtful discussion, and a closer look at the work of several Impact100 Garden State grantees.

A special thank-you to Atlantic Health for partnering with us; to Clelia Biamonti, PhD, our panelists, and speakers for sharing their expertise; and to Cheshire Home, Institute of Music for Children, and Sparta Community Food Pantry for helping us highlight the important work happening across our communities.

And thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so special.

Dancing with determination 💃

After a spinal cord injury severely impacted her standing balance, Jorie has been working toward greater strength and independence at Cheshire Home. With support from the Rise&Walk®—funded in part through a 2024 $100,000 Impact100 Garden State grant—she was able to reconnect with something she loves: salsa dancing.

Secured in a supportive harness, Jorie practiced some of her favorite salsa moves while continuing to build the balance and confidence that support her rehabilitation goals.
