This morning, we kicked off another incredible campaign with a delicious Jersey Girl Catering breakfast, plenty of fellowship, and the chance to share our mission with the people who make it possible.

Board President Tim Coley welcomed friends, donors, partner agencies, fellow board and cabinet members, past United Way leadership, and the 2026 Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Morristown class — a room full of leaders committed to strengthening our community.

Our 2026 Campaign Chairwoman Jessica Rich shared her inspiring vision for showcasing just how “Rich in Community” we are right here in our own backyard. We give. We love. We care. And together, we make a lasting impact.

Keynote speaker Kim Dudash reminded us — with words that brought tears to our eyes — that love, truth, and stewardship are at the heart of every strong community. No matter how far you stray, you can always “come home.”

Our goal of $1,479,000 will support 25 area non profits in 2027. We are grateful to have already fulfilled 37% with our generous Pacesetters and Leadership Donors - but the work isn’t done, yet!

8 hours of togetherness and somehow the highlight was walking into a hedge and a spider attack. This time 😂. We cover a lot of ground here at UWHC, but there’s always time for a good time and laughter! And volume UP, just sayin…

Recently, Girls Inc. of Hamblen County and the Senior Citizens Center - Morristown, Tennessee partnered for a morning of BINGO, and the fun was off the cards (get it 😉)!

One summer camper said, "This is the best day EVER! I hope we do this again!".

We love seeing our United Way partner agencies working together to create opportunities that bring people of all ages together and strengthen our Lakeway community. 💙

Celebrating 40 years of manufacturing in Morristown, Colortech, Inc. is helping set the pace for our 71st campaign as a 2026 United Way Hamblen County Pacesetter!

This year's campaign theme, Rich in Community, reflects the spirit of companies like Colortech that invest in making our community stronger.

Sylvia Tharp, Director of Human Resources, recently enlisted the help of the talented Daniel Munson to create a special video highlighting the impact of United Way in our community. The video will showcase how our partner agencies support local employees and demonstrate how every contribution to United Way goes further than many people realize.

We appreciate Colortech going the extra mile to help tell these important stories, and we can't wait to see the finished product! 💙
