Mary's Hands The vision of Mary's Hands of Catholic Charities is to serve the poorest individuals and families in the community.

The Vision of Mary’s Hands is to provide a place where the poorest families in our community can seek support and understanding today, thereby empowering them to succeed and flourish tomorrow. Our Mission is to offer immediate support to the most needy in the Morristown area in a caring and understanding manner. Mary’s Hands creates a welcoming environment for our clients where each individual is embraced, valued and given the opportunity to succeed. Mary’s Hands provides one-on-one family assistance with clothing and baby essentials as needed, connects clients with local services available in the community, and helps them navigate the challenges many encounter in a new country.

Thank you Sr Marianne Tracey and the Sisters of Charity of St Elizabeth for working so hard to help our needy families.

Here is our Director supporting the Assumption Christmas market last year.

Mark your calendar: the Morristown Christmas Market is back Friday, December 4 through Sunday, December 6.

It fills Rauscher Hall at Assumption Church, 91 Maple Avenue, with local artisans and crafters, handmade African crafts, specialty vendors and holiday treats. Parking is behind the church.

Hours are 1 to 6 PM Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM Saturday and 7 AM to 4 PM Sunday. Admission is free, and every purchase supports two Morristown based charities that work in Africa.

2026 is the market's 16th year.

Who on your list is getting a handmade gift this year?
