Our summer flowers are officially getting planted, and the grounds are beginning to bloom beautifully. From bright pops of color to welcoming garden spaces, these flowers help make our care communities feel even more like home. 🪴🪺

We remember those who gave their lives in service to our country, and we honor the courage, sacrifice, and love that made our freedoms possible.

As we spend time with family, enjoy simple moments, and gather with those we care about, may we also remember those who made those moments possible.

⚾ Some of the best moments have nothing to do with the scoreboard.

Because of support from people who believe in our mission, the St. Francis Legacy Foundation recently helped send people we serve from Prairie Community Services, Inc. and team members out for a day at the ballpark — smiles, laughter, fresh air, memories, and time together.

Moments like these may last a few hours, but the impact can last much longer. This is why we do what we do: helping make every day matter.

And honestly… it was impossible to pick our favorite photos. ❤️

From laughter and music to dress-up days, cookouts, games, hugs, dancing, and simple moments together — Nursing Home Week reminded us why this work matters so much.

To our incredible staff across St. Francis Health Services: thank you for the compassion, energy, patience, creativity, and love you bring every single day. You make our communities feel like home.

And to our residents, families, volunteers, and supporters — thank you for celebrating with us and helping make so many meaningful memories possible.

🎭✨ Last Saturday, something really special happened.

Because of the generosity of people who support the St. Francis Legacy Foundation, more than 30 people served by Prairie Community Services, Inc. enjoyed an unforgettable evening at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres for Guys & Dolls — complete with dinner, music, laughter, photos, and memories that will last a long time.

For many, nights like this are much more than an outing. They’re moments of joy, connection, confidence, friendship, and simply getting to experience something exciting together.

These are the kinds of moments your support makes possible. ❤️
