Our Sherman 4-H Junior Master Gardeners club had a "possession" planting date of June 1 for their planters. Each member has to submit a photo of their planters June 1, July 1 and August 1 to the 4-H office. They are to care for and maintain their planters during the summer months, including finding a caretaker if they need to travel. If a plant dies, they are not allowed to replace it. The competition is off and running! The planters will be judged at the Sherman County Fair on Monday, August 17.
