By submitting this form, and in consideration of receiving a spot in the M.T. Pockets Theatre Ten Minute Play Festival Junior Royaty Pageant ("Pageant"), I, the contestant or the contestant's parent or legal guardian (collectively "I"), on behalf of myself, the contestant (if not me), my agents, representatives, administrators, receivers, trustees, estates, spouse, heirs, devisees, assignees, transferees, legal representatives and attorneys, past or present (as the case may be), hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, discharge, and acquit M.T. Pockets Theatre, Inc. along with its volunteers, agents, employees, and any other representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, attorneys’ fees and causes of action of every kind and nature, known and unknown, which I, my contestant if not me, and any and all representatives or successors to my rights that may result from me or my contestant participating in the Pageant.
