Dust off your denim and get ready to boot scoot boogie as we make our 21st monthly mutual aid fair special with a 90s Country Party, y’all! 🤠

We can always use help and there’s lots of opportunities…

🥙Before the event
- Assisting Morgantown Food Not Bombs(FNB) with cooking (afternoon)
- Setting up (5-6p)

💵 At the event (6-8p)
- Check in table, assisting vendors & guests
- Assisting FNB with serving food & cleaning dishes

🧹 After the event (starting at 8p)
- Cleaning up & storing supplies
- Assisting FNB with clean up & transporting supplies

Join us this Friday, May 1st, from 1-3pm as we celebrate international workers’ day! 📆 We will be taking over the 200 block of High Street. Many of our mutual aid projects will be tabling as well as food, music, joy & education 🍲 📚

Join us this Friday from 10am-1pm OUTSIDE the Mountainlair with our friends in the Appalachian Advocacy Network (WVU)! ❤️ We will be manifesting shine and slinging condoms, PlanB, Narcan, and so much more! Be on the lookout for a special May Day tabling announcement 👀

Join us tomorrow, Thursday April 9th, for our 20th mutual aid fair 🎉 It’s not 90s themed (that one is on the horizon 👀) but we promise this will still be fabulous with a free meal, resources, and music!

Thanks to this wonderful community, we were able to raise the $500 needed to pay the outstanding electricity bill 💡

This means that our unhoused community member & their pet will be able to move into their new home next week! 🏡

A receipt will be posted on 3/16 when the payment is made to MonPower 🧾 All original posts have been archived to prevent confusion & further donations!

Join us tomorrow (3/12) at First Presbyterian Church from 6-8PM for our monthly mutual aid! This month we will be joined by Positive Spin (bike repair), (herbal remedies), (clothing & laundry), (survivor resources) and many more of our fabulous vendor friends!

🎉 What’s a Mutual Aid Fair?
Every second Thursday of the month, we co-host a monthly mutual aid fair that serves as a sanctuary of care, connection, and community. Whether you’re looking for support, want to give back, or just need a warm meal and a moment of rest, you’re welcome here!

🍽️ In this space, we offer hot meals, free supplies, and vital services—from safer drug use materials and wound care to clothing and karaoke. Every fair is different, and everything is free.
