Mon Valley Green Space Coalition The Mon Valley Green Space Coalition is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit greenspace advocacy organization located in Morgantown, WV. All are welcome.

The Coalition aims to develop, maintain, and protect interconnected trails and greenspaces in the Monongahela River Valley. The Coalition meets on the second Wednesday of each month from 6:00-7:30pm. Heads up! Rail-trail closure!

Morgantown Utility Board repair to a sewer line will have a section of Mon River / Caperton Rail-Trail CLOSED behind WVU Reynolds Hall in trail mile 8 starting next Tuesday, 6/30. The rail-trail will be closed each week Monday-Thursday until repair work is completed. The trail will be opened back up Friday-Sunday. Friday maybe used as a rain makeup day to keep project on schedule. We expect work to be completed in 4-6 WEEKS. There is a detour around on city streets. Coordinates are
