Ken Raulston of All-In-One Piping is our chapter's
Plumbing Contractor.

In his recent presentation, Ken introduced his All-In-One Piping Membership Plan.

As Ken pointed out, plumbing problems are inevitable. Water heaters fail. Toilets clog. Pipes leak without warning. And repairs are often expensive.

Many times, when something breaks you're calling around for help and waiting days for service. You’re also paying full price or more.

A simple membership plan as low as $12 a month can have you covered with:

• Priority service
• Discounts on repairs
• Annual system check
• Preventative maintenance

The plan offers real benefits:

• Save 5-10% on repairs
• Skip the wait with priority service
• Catch problems early with annual inspection
• Extend the life of your plumbing
• Flat rates no surprise

With the plan, there’s no more guessing who to call. You already have a trusted plumber. You get priority when it matters. And you're not scrambling in an emergency.

Simple. Affordable. Smart.

The All-In-One Piping Membership Plan can protect your home, save you money, and help you avoid stress.

For more information, you can contact Ken at (304) 517-6746 or [email protected].

Sarah Anthony of Organize & Design is our chapter’s Professional Organizer.

Established in 2021, the mission of Organize & Design is to help individuals organize and beautify their lives. They strive to provide practical solutions that make a real difference in the daily routines of their clients.

Sarah and her staff can help you declutter and organize every space, from the kitchen to closets, playrooms, garages, basements and more.

They also organize commercial spaces such as office buildings and warehouses.

Another service is home staging. This can be done with installation and removal of furnishings, or virtually without any in-person staging required.

Home staging can also be done for vacation rentals or short-term rental properties. Sarah can help your properties stand out in the market by creating unique and well-designed spaces that can drive higher rental rates and return bookings.

Ideal referrals for Sarah are:

FOR ORGANIZING:
-Individuals who enjoy a life of luxury... Think high-end vehicles, homes, etc. They typically appreciate efficiency and taking care of their belongings.
-Companies who want to streamline productivity and increase profit margins through organization within their company.

FOR STAGING:
-Airbnb/Short-Term Rental owners.
-Individuals who need help decluttering and staging before they list their property.
-Realtors who know it's better to spend a little upfront to avoid losing more later.

You can contact Sarah at (724) 557-7550 or [email protected]. You can schedule a consultation and see examples of Sarah’s work at Sa-organizeanddesign.com.

For more than 20 years, the Mountaineer BNI Chapter has been committed to something bigger than networking.

We’ve been committed to a standard.

Not just showing up — but showing up prepared.
Not just passing referrals — but creating real results.
Not just growing our businesses — but helping others grow theirs.

This video captures what it truly means to be an Elite chapter.

It’s about discipline.
It’s about consistency.
It’s about doing the small things, week after week, that lead to meaningful results.

Because when we meet the standard — everyone wins.

Our businesses grow stronger.
Jobs are created.
And our communities become better because of it.

Take a few minutes to watch.

And if you’re a business professional who wants to be part of something that values accountability, relationships, and real growth — we’d love to connect.
