Andy Flanagan of Citizens Bank of Morgantown is our chapter’s Residential Mortgage Lender.

Andy can help home buyers with several different types of loans. Recently, Andy helped close a conventional loan for a home purchase in just 35 days, and the new homeowner offered this testimonial:

"Andy helped us with our application. He was prompt, incredibly resourceful, and very knowledgeable about the process. If you are looking for a bank to quarterback your mortgage process, look no further. This was not our first lending experience, but l can confidently say it has been our best.”

Bridge loans and construction loans are also at Andy’s disposal to help his clients buy or build the home of their dreams.
