In response to our request to add more hearings for the public to comment against the repeal of the Endangerment Finding for power plants, the EPA has opened up more slots for Friday, October 2.

Here's the information for the second hearing day on October 2, 2026 :

· Session 1: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Eastern Time)
· Session 2: 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Eastern Time)
· Session 3: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Eastern Time)

It's not too late to sign up to testify in the EPA's proposal to rollback the Endangerment Finding - our best tool for fighting climate change.

Sign up to provide testimony at the Public Hearing on the Agency’s proposed Repeal of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Standards for Fossil Fuel-fired Electric Generating Units (EGUs) on October 1, 2026.

An additional session has been added to that day’s offering as well as an additional hour for Session One. At the time of this message, there is currently availability to register for Session One and Three.

The hearing day will consist of three sessions:
· Session 1: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM (Eastern Time)
· Session 2: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) (No times available)
