I haven’t posted in a while but I thought I would post a HAPPY CAT Post: Manxey (who was originally given 2 weeks to live in 2017 or 2018 and thought to be at least nine) is still alive, and now an international cat living in France!!! Her new name is Roxy and her owners are two of the best humans I ever meant. She is so loved 🥰 The Siamese was adopted out (Louise) but she did not do well (she was originally feral and friendly to me but not other humans) and so she was returned to us very soon after being adopted and she lives with me still (she is very friendly even to people that come over but I think it’s to much to adopt her out so she is a forever cat). I’ll post a pic of her. I trapped Louise because she had kittens. She alway evaded the traps until she had kittens. Her kittens were adopted out and are doing well. I saw one of her kittens a couple years ago and it was happy, healthy, and loved. Thanks you to everyone that helped save these animals:)

📍 Location: SNIP WV in Morgantown WV

Due to restrictions from the grant that is funding this special, it is only available for West Virginia residents- but it IS available to ANY West Virginia resident that is able to drive to our clinic in Morgantown!

To make an appointment for this special, go to snipwv.org and click on Make an Appointment in the menu. You must select 7/9/25 or 7/23/25 as the date, if those dates do not appear then the appointment type has been filled. Please note that the female cat spots will go quickly. Make sure to put "$25 Special" in the appointment notes at the end, you won't need to pay a deposit to book these spots.

Let’s prevent unwanted litters and keep our cats safe and healthy. Spots will go fast, so don’t wait!

😸Out of state or need another date? We will be opening more spay/neuter appointments for cats soon for our normal low cost rate that is available to anyone, there is no income or geographic restriction for our regular pricing. The scheduling steps are the same as above, but a deposit will be required to make the appointment. We will make a post as soon as these appointments are opened! Thank you for your patience!

I’ve never posted about “bad” cat food but today I feel I need to:( I bought a bag of Friskies cat food I’ve never seen that was on sale at Walmart. I fed it to several cats at night. The next morning, I had several very ill cats, many vomiting. I had one cat I had to take to an emergency vet who might not make it:( I know cats get sick and sometimes more than one but I’ve never had so many get sick at the same time with similar issues. I looked up the food and saw many people in PA complaining about it. Some shared the skew number on the bag and it matched mine so I wanted to share this information. I personally will never buy this food again. I feed my cats Friskies hard food, different flavors, but I’ll never buy this particular flavor again. The skew number: 50000 57578.
