It's time to restore what feeling stuck has tried to steal: clarity, direction, and hope.

"Counseling at Twelve Stones is incredibly compassionate and very helpful. I have seen the fruit of the Spirit in their efforts. I could not recommend them more highly." - Counselee

At Twelve Stones, every retreat is rooted in gospel-centered care: a personalized plan, biblical counseling, and a practical path toward transformation, not just insight, but lasting change.

If you feel stuck, it may be a lack of a clear next step toward redemption and healing.

Shame tells you that your pain is a sign of failure. The gospel says something entirely different.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." - Matthew 11:28

Jesus did not say: come to me, all you who have it together. He invited the weary, burdened, and overwhelmed.

Spiritual healing begins not by hiding our pain, but by bringing it to the One who redeems it. He knew we would all experience these emotions, and He invites us to depend on Him through it.

Healing often starts with one honest question.

What would it look like for you to stop managing your pain and actually begin the journey of transformation?

God does not ask us to carry our wounds alone. He invites us into redemption: a process that restores what pain has tried to take.

You don't have to answer publicly. But sit with it today.

God has more for you than endurance. He has a transformation.

"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." - Psalm 147:3

As June begins, so can your healing.

Many people carry wounds they have never fully named: grief from a broken relationship, shame from what was done to them, fear that has become a way of life.

God is not distant from those wounds. He is the One who binds them up and begins the work of spiritual healing and redemption in our lives.

You do not have to enter this new month pretending to be whole. You can come to God exactly as you are, and let gospel-centered healing begin in truth.

Take the first step toward healing.

Trauma can make it feel like God is distant or silent.
But this reminder from Biblical Counseling Coalition points us back to truth: Jesus meets us in our pain with compassion, comfort, and presence.

If you’re carrying wounds from the past, you don’t have to face them alone. Christ understands, cares, and walks with you in the healing process.

For a long time, many believers have felt like they had to choose:

Strong faith
or
Struggling mental health

But God never asked you to divide yourself that way.

Your thoughts, emotions, and spiritual life are deeply connected, not competing.

Scripture invites us to:
• Renew our minds (Romans 12:2)
• Bring our burdens to God (Psalm 55:22)
• Walk in truth and community

You don’t have to hide what you’re carrying to be faithful.
You can bring it fully into the light.

That’s where healing begins.

If you’ve experienced abuse or trauma, the effects don’t simply disappear with time.

You may still feel it in your thoughts, your relationships, your sense of safety, maybe even in your walk with God.

But your story is not beyond redemption.

At Twelve Stones, we provide gospel-centered care for those navigating abuse, PTSD, and deep emotional wounds. Our retreats create space to process what you’ve been carrying, understand the impact, and begin moving toward healing with clarity and support.
You don’t have to face this alone.

There is hope and there is a path forward.
