A HUGE thank you to everyone who showed up and showed out at today’s Battle of the Badges Blood Drive at CMA Church of Morgantown! 🙌🩸

We’re incredibly grateful to the 65 selfless donors who gave their time and rolled up their sleeves to help save lives. A special shoutout to our 23 first-time donors. Thank you for taking that first step to make a difference in our community! ❤️

Together, we collected an amazing 67 units of blood (A NEW RECORD), helping ensure lifesaving blood products are available for patients in need.

We’re proud to partner with the American Red Cross of Central Appalachia Region and thankful to everyone who helped make this event such a success. Your generosity truly makes an impact.

‼️Emergency blood shortage‼️ The American Red Cross blood supply fell nearly 25% in June. Blood donors, especially those with types O+ & B- blood are urgently needed to help ensure lifesaving medical care isn't delayed for patients.

Please sign up for Power Red donation if you are an O, A-, or B- donor. These blood types are more compatible with potential recipients who might include trauma patients, newborns and emergency transfusions during birth, people with sickle cell anemia, and anyone suffering blood loss.
