OHCEDC is an independent nonprofit agency that has served the Foothills region for 20 years. Our services benefit more than 5,000 clients and their spouses, children, and other household members each year. We serve individuals and families at many income levels. Our clients are student of all age, young adults just starting out, senior citizens, and everyone in between. Many come to us in crisis; others are seeking support to achieve financial aspirations. Supported by fundraising in the private sector as well as some government funding, we offer most services free or for a low fee based on ability to pay.
