Thank you all for participating in today's art therapy session. Under the guidance of our art therapist, Evelyn, we saw so many different emotions unfold on the paper. Thank you for joining us on this journey of exploration. We host these art therapy events every two months, and we look forward to seeing you next time!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the California premiere of Silent War (無聲之戰)! 💚

Silent War shares powerful stories from Asian American individuals and families, highlighting the impact of mental health stigma and the importance of breaking the silence. Thank you to everyone who came, participated in the discussion, and helped make this such a meaningful community event.

On June 6th, we held an "Art Therapy Workshop: Self-Exploration and Mental Boundaries," exploring our own position and the pressures we experience. Under the gentle guidance of art therapist Evelyn, many people were able to express their inner troubles through art and give themselves warm encouragement through artistic creation. They were inspired by each other in the sharing. Thank you all for your openness and for bringing us such a wonderful time.
