Group Inc., is a non-profit organization created to aid at risk youth, teen mothers, and incarcerated men and women in making positive choices to ensure a better quality of life. The purpose in which the organization was formed is to provide after school programs to serve as an avenue for youth to enhance their ability to learn, increase their academic performance and to reach their full potential

. The organization has been formed to establish programs that will serve as a deterrent to truancy, potential drug and substance abuse, potential involvement with gangs, various acts of crime and other disruptive behavior patterns that are prevalent and often developed during unsupervised after school hours. Further, the organization was established to expose youth to abstinence with the intentions of reducing teen pregnancy and to ensure that youth make sound decisions and better judgment as opposed to engaging in pre-material s*x and other non productive and fruitless acts. The ultimate goal of the program is to reduce the teen pregnancy rate and increase the high school graduation percentage.

🎉 FIATM Success Spotlight: Joshua Hunter 🇺🇸

At FIATM, we celebrate young people who refuse to let their circumstances define their future—and Joshua Hunter is a shining example of that spirit.

There was a time when Joshua was told he might never graduate high school. Today, he stands as a proud United States Army officer who has already achieved the rank of Sargent. His journey from overcoming academic struggles to leading others in military service is a powerful reminder that potential is often greater than our current circumstances.

Joshua’s success reflects his determination, hard work, and commitment to becoming the best version of himself. We are honored that FIATM’s Mentoring to Success Program played a role in supporting his journey, but the accomplishments belong to Joshua. He chose to persevere, to believe in himself, and to keep moving forward when others doubted him.
