A MEGA SITUATION is likely unfolding across parts of the Texas Hill Country associated with a nearly stationary upper-level low west of San Antonio, Texas.

A flash flood warning has been issued for the Kerrville, TX area, for up to 4 inches of rainfall. A high risk for excessive rainfall has been issued today by the Weather Prediction Center, with a moderate risk already for day 2.

Team is on the way to work these flash flood warnings and assist.
