Reminder!!! The kingfish and trout tournament registration will take place this Thursday at Big Rock Landing. Single day fishing for either event will be this Saturday. We will be along side the Cape Lookout Leg 3 registering boats for the NCTA KMT and Trout event. Registration for us starts at 4 until 8 pm. Fat Fellas catering will feed everyone around 7 pm We will have a short captains meeting for the King and Trout event with a live raffle drawing afterwards. Look forward to seeing everyone Thursday night. Thanks again to all our sponsors, the Cape Lookout Shootout and the SKA.

***Tournament Update***
Due to a very bad weather forecast and in the interest of safety for all the anglers we are going to cancel this weekends event. We are Rescheduling the NCTA-KMT until October 23-25. We will be along side the Cape Lookout Leg 3 event with all events taking place at Big Rock Landing. Registration and Captains meeting on Thursday 23 October from 4p-8p with a One Day fishing on Saturday 25 October. Our Trout event will follow same event schedule and will also be a one day fishing event on 25 October. No captains choice just one day fishing. We’ll have more info to follow. A Big Thank you to the Look Out Shootout committee for allowing us alongside just like with the MHC Open. We will See everyone on the 23rd October at Thursday night 4-8pm for registration. Capt Al.

Just one week away some of the best King and Trout fishing on the east coast. REMINDER**early registration can be done online until 6 October at nctacaisson .org click on events. In person registration will be at Big Rock landing Thursday 9 October from 3p-8p. We’ll have t-shirts and raffle prizes as well as a DJ. This is again a one day Captains choice event for the King and Trout tournament. Fishing days Friday 10 October or Saturday 11 October. Thanks to all our 2025 sponsors for making this event happen.
