Moosic Redwings 12U Black easily dispatched Lakeland 2, 13-1.
Lakeland 2got on the board in the first inning after an error. Redwings 12U Black captured the lead, 3-1, in the bottom of the first after Payton S singled to the left side of the infield, Skylar T flew into a double play, and Giada B walked, each scoring one run.
Moosic Redwings scored five runs on zero hits in the bottom of the second inning. Lizzy T was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, Auden M induced Payton to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored, Ella P drew a walk, scoring one run, and an error scored two runs.
Redwings scored five runs on two hits in the bottom of the third inning. Giada doubled, scoring two runs, Mila H drew a walk, scoring one run, Amber E drew a walk, scoring one run, and Lizzy singled, scoring one run.
Giada led Redwings with three runs batted in from the number eight spot in the lineup. The third baseman went 1-for-1 on the day. Leadoff hitter Lizzy led Moosic with two hits in two at bats. Moosic had patience at the plate, amassing 14 walks for the game. Avalee O, Ella, Mila, Amelia L, Amber, and Ella Rose F led the team with two bases on balls each. Lizzy, Ella Rose, and Payton each stole multiple bases for Moosic Redwings. Moosic Redwings stole 11 bases in the game.
Moosic Redwings 12U Black Vanquish Lakeland 1
Bats were blistered as Moosic Redwings topped Lakeland (1) 17-10. Moosic Redwings collected 15 hits, while Lakeland (1) had eight.
Lizzy T collected three hits in four at bats in the win. Lizzy singled in the second inning, singled in the first inning, and singled in the fifth inning.
Moosic Redwings opened the scoring in the top of the first thanks to three singles. Moosic Redwings first got on the board when Lizzy singled, scoring one run.
Lakeland (1) jumped back into the lead in the bottom of the first inning after Aviana G walked, Reagan S singled to right field, Molly B grounded out, and Reagan stole home, each scoring one run.
Moosic Redwings took the lead, 7-4, in the top of the second thanks to singles by Ella Rose F, Lizzy, and Payton S.
Moosic Redwings added to their early lead in the top of the third inning after Giada B tripled to center field, Sophia H singled down the left field line, Amelia L walked, and Kaydence B walked, each scoring one run.

Lizzy earned the win for Moosic Redwings. The hurler surrendered seven hits and six runs over four innings, striking out eight and walking four. Ella P opened the game for Moosic Redwings 12U Black. The hurler surrendered one hit and four runs over one inning, striking out two and walking four.
Moosic Redwings amassed 15 hits in the game. Lizzy and Payton were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected three hits for Moosic Redwings while hitting back-to-back. Giada provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led Moosic Redwings with three runs batted in. The third baseman went 2-for-3 on the day. Sophia and Skylar T each collected multiple hits for Moosic Redwings 12U Black. Avalee O led Moosic Redwings 12U Black with three walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, piling up 12 walks for the game. Lizzy and Payton each stole multiple bases for Moosic Redwings. Moosic Redwings ran wild on the base paths, collecting 10 stolen bases for the game..
