I've been working hard at getting this new cool donation page set up and I am thrilled to announce that it's done!! Best of all, there are NO FEES for our nonprofit, UCAAN gets the entire donation!

I've been working hard one everything I dabble in! Making a memorial piece for a best friend who recently lost a loved one to cancer, working in the Limo Biz (which is my fave besides UCAAN), Working on things for UCAAN, trying to get my new Book out there and Getting our UCAAN Glitter Etsy page back up, in hopes to bring in some much needed funds.

Yesterday and today I've received weird messages on my UCAAN FB account. I found Another woman who had the same issue. I didn't click the link. I'd never trust those!

What the heck is going on? There's no infringement going on.
I'm guessing it's some type of scam? How do I connect with FB about this?

My life at is about providing vital information, guidance, education, Hope, information and much more to those fighting cancer nationwide.

Every day I try to connect with at least 5 people fighting cancer. This is through friends I know connecting me, Facebook groups and other social media.

Those Who are fighting cancer don't always need a much help as others. Here are the different levels, I help those fighting cancer through :

*Sometimes they just need someone to talk to in order to figure things out.

*Sometimes they have no idea what to do and are not getting the help from their medical team or don't have a social worker or case manager to guide them.

*Sometimes they just need a little resource or two, because they have the funds but don't know what's available to them.

*Sometimes they have nothing, no one to help them. They are completely lost and don't know what support and help they're able to receive. These are patients that fall through the cracks at other facilities and doctors offices.

When i had cancer, I laughed through it all. I found more comfort in laughter, than I did in crying and being fearful. I think the only time I cried was when I realized my hair was falling out and when they first told me I had cancer. However you chose to fight "it", don't give "the cancer" or "the tumor" any power. Find what makes you motivated and fight. Laugh with family and friends, stay positive, and don't give up, no matter how scary it seems. Give yourself the best fight of your life.

When people ask what makes different, I share this:

UCAAN Focuses on the needs of a cancer patient.

In many cases. Patients have NO idea what they need, what information is important for them to know or what to do after a diagnosis.

MANY patients/cancer warriors are not told enough, let alone told their diagnosis or side effects of treatments.

Patients helped by UCAAN are mainly at or below the poverty level, with any cancer, any age, nationwide.

UCAAN provides all the vital information, resources, one on one conversations, inspiration and hope that those fighting cancer need.

I've been doing this since 2009, after I survived rare, stage 4 terminal cancer twice.

Cancer warriors should never be left without resources, without help, without information.
