Cash Mob Moorpark is a on-line organization to support local, small businesses. Its kind of like a "flash mob" -- but with money! We target a business to support on a specific date. We encourage folks to visit them and learn about them and spend a few bucks. MORE INFO:
I love that people are so passionate about "Cash Mob" and supporting Moorpark right now. Here is some info on Cash Mob and how we

are evolving as this rolls out. If you know and business (yours or someone in the community) - we are always open to nominations. The business MUST be in Moorpark and it must be a locally owned place (franchises are ok if owner is local). The owner doesn't HAVE to live in Moorpark - but they should not be absent either. If you are a home based business -- we are constantly looking for ways to tie you into this. It may be by offering services or products. It may be in a "pop up" format. We love our local mom (and pop) homies too. Its just a bit harder to figure out how to do that. This is a NEW "thing" -- started in July 2017. As of today (8/6/17) we've done 3. We keep learning and growing. Basically -- cash mob (at this point) is just one person (Me - Brenda Cusick) -- and I only use Facebook to promote it. A lot of people want to add charity to this event - please know that I UNDERSTAND and think its a GREAT idea. But I don't dictate to the businesses (at this point) what to do. Its up to them too. As we grow and expand -- we'll see what needs to happen - but for now - PLEASE -- lets support each other in this town! Thanks so much! Please ask your friends to LIKE this page.
