MCAM Honors Del Dvorachek ("Madd Frank") with a day of Madd Frank classic episodes and a film Del starred in!
MCAM was saddened by the loss of dear friend and supporter Del Dvorachek, better known as Madd Frank! MCAM has the library of Madd Frank shows and has been working on restoring them (a difficult process) so when the news arrived of Del's passing we decided to have a day to showcase him.
MCAM will devote SATURDAY, OCT. 25 to a day of Madd Frank with one additional very special showing of one of General Manager Tony Tilton's films, this one starring Del and several other local greats: SENIOR MOMENTS! THis film was produced while doing graduate work at MSUM many years ago and has never been broadcast but it did make the rounds of several film festivals to some acclaim and awards. We will show it Saturday afternoon, right after several Madd Frank episodes, at approximately 635pm on our ACCESS CHANNEL! Channel 99 on Midco in Moorhead or 1069 on Sparklight in the Metro and Streaming ANYWHERE on our website: moorheadaccess.com! Just click on the Public Access Channel Box on the right side of screen with ANY internet-capable device!
Some regularly scheduled programming will be pre-empted that day but enjoy a day of Del Dvorachek!! Rest in Piece, Del!!

So very sad to see this.. all of us at MCAM mourn for the loss of a truly great and creative guy, Del Dvoracek, better known as "Madd Frank". We just started to run some "new" episodes of his celebrated show from the 1980's and 90's and we will CONTINUE TO DO SO!
MCAM Will air a day of Madd Frank shows, including the two most recent ones we've rescued, on Saturday, October 25 as a tribute to Del. Del was a friend of mine personally and he had his health issues the last several years but he was always "rarin' to go"!
Rest in Peace, Del!!
