We will be having work done to the median beginning tomorrow to install a sprinkler system. Please be mindful of the people working in the island just so that we can minimize risk of someone getting hurt. They will have a couple of orange cones put out to help create awareness but they won’t be blocking traffic. Thank you!

Hi neighbors,
It has come to our attention that some of our community members have been using the pool at Kensington Village and also trashing their community bathrooms. This is very embarrassing to our community.

We do NOT have access to their pool. Their community will be communicating with ours regarding improper use of their pool in the future.

At this point in time, we do not have any community amenities, but we as a board are working to change that. At this time, please use the War Memorial pool or other local town amenities.
