Those lyrics capture the heart of One Special Christmas.

My Daddy always quoted the scripture, "What you do unto the least of these you also do unto me." He said, "I would consider doing a gift for the children as doing a present for Christ."

Each year, so many of you generously give your time, talents, and resources as a gift for the King.

There are lots of children having a very special Christmas this morning because of you! Not only did you provide Christmas wishes, but also important needs have been met.

We delivered 2 truckloads of gifts, have paid mortgage payments, we're sending a family on a weekend getaway, we provided beds, we're working on a tractor, and even bought a car for a single mom to fit all her kids!

I hope this Christmas morning your heart is overflowing with the joy and wonder of HIS coming to Earth to save us, and I pray you know what wonderful gifts you have so generously laid before the King.

We can help more families!

I want to give a very special thank you to David Bailey who served as our auctioneer. Also a big thanks to Randy Hart with Sight and Sound Systems who helped to create our festive atmosphere!

We thank each and every volunteer, woodworker, artisan, donor, sponsor, and guest from the bottom of our hearts!

It is an honor and a privilege to be able to serve these special families and share Christ's BIG, BIG love with them, along with each of you!

Sometimes the world doesn't feel kind. Sometimes it can be hard and cold. Struggles and hardships are not only hard to personally experience, but it's hard to watch others go through them.

But let me tell you something that may make your heart feel a little lighter. Maybe the cold, sharp edges of life can feel a little softer and warmer.

When my Daddy died on my 27th birthday-- he left me a gift.

I didn't know it at that time. All I was experiencing was grief and the unimaginable loss of my Daddy.

But.

A year later on my 28th birthday I was at the mall picking out a very specific, perfect fishing reel that a kid had been dreaming about. That day I walked all over that mall fulfilling Christmas wishes. Gifts that would make children feel special and seen and loved.

And I thought, "This is the impact my Daddy is still having even after he is gone."

In view of Christ's generosity in the Gospel, he was motivated to simply be generous with the gifts GOD had given him. And THAT love is being multiplied even now.

And every year it happens again. And again. And again.

I get a front row seat to see the most generous, Christ-loving people share BIG love and be the hands and feet of Christ.

Woodworkers, artisans, volunteers, shoppers, stuff-buyers, donors--

Just this week Teresa Bullion gave $10,000 to the cause!!! 😭😭😭🙌🙌🙌

God is SO good!!

What a gift One Special Christmas is!
And not just to me, but so many others too.
