Fall Auditions
Join the Bells of Lake Norman
The Bells of Lake Norman is hosting auditions on Tuesday, August 4th for our Fall season!

Auditions help us place ringers where they can be most successful and ensure a rewarding experience for everyone involved.

We are a performance-focused handbell ensemble seeking ringers who are passionate about making music and committed to musical excellence. Previous handbell experience is preferred, though individuals with strong musical backgrounds and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Auditions help us evaluate ringing technique, musicianship, and ensemble placement while giving prospective members an opportunity to learn more about our group.

If you've rung with us before, participated in one of our workshops, attended Sightreading Night, or are an experienced ringer looking for a new musical home, we'd love to hear from you.

Sight-reading Night
Ring With Us for an Evening
Have you ever wondered what it's like to ring with the Bells of Lake Norman?

Join us for an evening of sight-reading as we explore a variety of handbell music together in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
This free event is open to current ringers, former ringers, and those interested in learning more about our ensemble. Whether you're reconnecting with handbells after time away or considering auditioning for a future season, Sight-reading Night offers a chance to ring alongside our members with no commitment and no pressure.

Come experience a rehearsal, meet our ringers, and see if Bells of Lake Norman might be a good fit for you.

Advance registration helps us select music and prepare ringing assignments for the evening.

Have you ever wanted to try handbells? Would you like to brush up on your basics? Join us for Basically Bells, a beginner-friendly workshop where we'll explore the fundamentals of handbell ringing in a fun and welcoming environment.
No musical experience is required and it is free—just bring your curiosity!

Our final full performance is finished! Thank you to Symphony Park for having us! We have one more combined performance with Lake Norman Brass on the 31st! It will be a great concert hosted by Centre Presbyterian Church, in Mooresville.
