WV Reapers Through quality coaching and a focus on character, we aim to build not just better athletes, but confident and respectful individuals.

The WV Reapers is a non-profit travel baseball organization based in West Virginia, formed by a shared passion for the game and a commitment to player development both on and off the field. Our mission is to foster a love for baseball while helping young athletes grow through discipline, hard work, and a strong foundation in the fundamentals of the game. We believe in creating an environment that

is both positive and challenging—where players are encouraged to push themselves, support their teammates, and strive for excellence. We currently offer teams at the 9U and 12U age levels.

The WV Reapers are built on hard work, accountability, and a team-first mentality. We believe in developing great players, but even more importantly, great teammates and young men.

Not the record we wanted this weekend, going 0-3, but this team showed something that matters more than numbers… growth.

Game by game, inning by inning, these boys got better, played harder, and started to click. 💪

That’s what this season is about, putting in the work, learning, and building something tough. And we’re just getting started.
