Potomac Highlands Rural Community Outreach is partnering with WalMart to help our athletes have the proper shoes for the Fall Sports Season at Moorefield High School, this is called Firm Foundation. If your student is in need, please make your sports coach aware, they have the proper documentation needed to help your student register for this program.

💚 Supporting our communities when they need it most.

Highlands Bank was proud to donate $1,000 to the Potomac Highlands Rural Community Outreach to help transform a school bus into a mobile Pop-Up Crisis Center. This unique project will bring essential resources and support directly to individuals and families impacted by emergencies throughout our region.

Our Moorefield Branch Manager, Jennifer Turner, had the honor of presenting the donation to Justin Murray, who accepted it on behalf of the Potomac Highlands Rural Community Outreach.

We're grateful to support organizations that are making a real difference in the communities we call home. 💙
