Please make sure that neck ropes are tight enough that they cannot be slipped off of the steers head. If you have a rope halter please tie a knot where the lead meets the halter so that they cannot be rubbed off.

Are you ready for a great SHOW WEEK?? We are excited to see all the great Exhibitors & animals show off their hard work together!! We are praying for a safe and fun week for all Exhibitors, their families and all volunteers!!

Please Read these important reminders for SHOW WEEK!!

*Please note Dairy animals should be at Final Weigh-In at 2pm. (There is not a window between 2 & 2:30pm.) We start at 2pm with Dairy. We will roll right in to Steer & Heifer when done with Dairy and then finish out with Swine-the listed times for steer, heifer and swine are best guesses as to how the schedule normally runs.

*We also will have MANDATORY Meetings with Exhibitors and at least 1 parent:
-5:30pm for All Cattle
-Swine will be immediately following all pigs being weighed in.
The meetings will be up in the stands closest to your barns. This will be an informational look at the week and a chance to ask any questions so EVERYONE is on the same page and EVERYONE has a GREAT WEEK!!
